If you signed in using Facebook Login and would like us to delete the data obtained from Facebook (name, email, Facebook user ID) stored in our Odoo CRM, you can request deletion by the following methods:

How to Request Deletion

Email us at ottawarenovation1@gmail.com
with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address linked to your Facebook account.

Or, submit a request through our website contact page.

What We Delete

We will remove all Facebook-sourced personal data associated with your account from our Odoo system and related logs, except where data must be retained by law (e.g., invoices, tax records).

Timeline

We aim to complete deletions within 7 days of verifying your request.

Revoke Facebook Permissions

You can also revoke our app’s access directly from your Facebook account:
Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), then remove our app.
